ECEAP

Program Requirements

• Child must be either 3 or 4 years old by August 31 of the school year.
• Parents/Guardians must meet income requirements.
• Family must reside within Richland School District boundaries.
• Qualifying documentation per the ECEAP program. These requirements will be discussed with you by a family advocate. 

Special Education Preschool

Students under consideration for Special Education Preschool enrollment must be assessed by the district's Special Education Department and have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) on file.
