About Our School

"Every Child. Every Family. Every Day."

The Early Learning Center (ELC) is home to Richland School District's developmental preschool and Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP).

We offer morning and afternoon sessions during the regular school year. We offer services beyond the preschool classroom, including child assessment, occupational and physical therapy, speech and language therapy and family support services.

If you have a child ages 3-5 and would like to receive information about our free preschool offerings, please use this link  to express your interest and request a follow up call from one of our amazing family advocates.
